Due to the company's expansion, we are looking for a full-time HR Manager to our comfortable office (Beresteyska).
 

For what tasks:

• Monitoring of HR processes and reporting.
• Control over the registration of employees.
• Adaptation of employees, assessment of their needs, off-boarding.
• Regular holding of corporate events.
• Internal communication - notification of any changes in the work process.
• Formation of corporate culture, resolution of conflict situations.
• Development and implementation of initiatives.
• Working with budgets, planning and control of expenses.
• Calculation of salaries and bonuses.
• Development of documentation on HR processes, control of document flow.
• Control of the work of the office manager and recruiters.

• Organization of greetings and preparation of gifts for employees' birthdays and anniversaries.
• Coordinating sick leave, time off and vacations.
  

From candidates for this position we expect:

• Experience in IT from 1 year.
• Education in personnel management/psychology/management or related fields.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Fluency in MS Office, Google Drive.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Initiative.
