About the position:We at KCI provide technical staffing service to large communications, internet & media companies like Comcast, Spectrum, ITG, & others. Working with industry leaders requires us to maintain standards of excellence in everything we do. We also have an international back office team (30 people) that makes a significant contribution to the company, working remotely but with great commitment. At the moment, our company, and in particular the HR department, is looking for an experienced HR manager to help expand and operate the back office.Responsibilities:Create professional descriptions of required vacancies (on request) in collaboration with the hiring managersSearching and interviewing new employees (for the back office)Hold onboarding sessions for new back office employees Maintain a table of dates and birthdays of employeesCongratulate employees on professional anniversaries and birthdays on behalf of the company in a timely manner Maintain a table of days off and vacations, hubstaffMake resources research Make salary level researches for certain vacancies (on request)1:1 meetings management Satisfaction survey conducting and improvement implementation Conducting off-boardingsDaily task fulfillment Requirements:Experience as HR 1.5/2 years English from B2 lvlKnowledge of HR processes and experience working with them (onboarding, offboarding, 360 assessment)Attention to detailsExcellent communication skills What we offer:Work schedule from 9 to 5 by New York time zone (ET)Paid vacation 10 days per year Weekly payroll on WiseRemote work from anywhere in the world
