Main responsibilities:

- Organization of candidate recruitment and evaluation processes, which allow for informed hiring decisions, ensure an effective process of onboarding and adaptation of newcomers.

- Increasing the personnel potential of the company, organizing processes of professional development and personnel training.

- Together with key managers, increasing the level of personnel involvement, forming positive relations in the team and developing corporate culture.

- Support business owner and managers in building a personnel reward system, making systemic and individual personnel decisions.

- Together with line management, development and implementation of projects and tasks related to increasing the efficiency of structures, processes and systems in the company.

Requirements for candidates:

- Systematic knowledge in the field of personnel management, familiarity with modern methods and systems of personnel management. Understanding of systemic interrelationships and long-term consequences of the implementation of various HR tools.

- Practical skills of analysis and optimization of HR processes.

- High communication skills, the ability to listen, identify the non-obvious, argue, and to form general approaches to solving challenges.

- Orientation to quality results, the ability to build process quality control systems.

- Orientation to the internal client.

- Adaptability and stress resistance.

- Office work, as it requires constant interaction with the business owner and key managers.
