Hello! OTAKOYI is searching for a proactive HR Manager who can embrace our existing processes and bring new ideas to enhance employee engagement. Our team comprises HR professionals and recruiters who work closely together on talent acquisition, onboarding, and personnel development. Responsibilities: - Onboarding Employees of All Levels, Types, and Locations
- Conducting One-on-One Meetings
- Offboarding Employees
- Maintaining Reporting and Analytics
- Keep accurate records of HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction scores etc
- Organizing and Conducting Team Building, Corporate Events, Volunteer Activities, and Other Company Events
- Managing Departmental Budget
- Collaboration with Marketing and Design Teams
- Administer the People Force HR system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR Manager position
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., People Force) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Jira/ Trello/Notion/Figma/Canva/GitLab/Recruitee — will be a plus
- Creative mindset for developing employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience in event planning and budget management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
