It is very important for us that you as a specialist: be interested in people in all their diversity and be able to understand what is happening to a person even when he cannot understand it himself ; was able to ask the right questions to determine the most suitable candidate for the company; was able to find an approach to different types of people; knew how to organize his work process so that the ratio of time spent to the result was the most optimal; possessed interviewing practices; had experience in working with diverse positions from 6 months (experience in IT or Internet marketing will be a plus, but if it is absent - no problem); was ready to listen and hear, develop, learn new things, help and share energy with colleagues.
