BRAVE1 is a cluster for the development of military technologies in Ukraine, which promotes innovation and brings to life revolutionary products in interests of defense and security forces. BRAVE1 is currently looking for an HR manager to strengthen our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• recruitment and selection of personnel (screening resumes/ telephone interviews, interviews, agreement on terms of cooperation)
• preparation of documents for hiring
• control over compliance with the vacation schedule, accounting for the vacation schedule, sick leaves
• drawing up orders: for the main activity, for the administrative and economic activity, personnel: temporary storage period and long-term period storage
• consulting company employees on personnel issues
• personnel administration of company personnel (procedure of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees)
• keeping registration logs of personnel records, military accounting
• support of the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer
• creation of comfortable conditions for employees and maintenance of a positive working environment
• participation in the adaptation of new employees

REQUIREMENTS

• relevant work experience
• ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them
• proficiency in English is welcome
• li> communicative, active and flexible
• ability to work in a fast and innovative environment
• experience with graphic editors (eg Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) will be an advantage
