iPay.ua in search of a personnel manager. We need an attentive, responsible, developed manager in several areas who will report to the Executive Director.

Important skills and experience:

— education is desirable in law, banking or personnel management

— experience in researching personnel and analyzing resumes

— finding middle-level personnel

— planning and distributing tasks, setting priorities

— the ability to easily find common ground language, ease of communication

— making reports

— tracking market trends

— working in a team, listening to others, accomplishing tasks

— performance indicators

Tasks

— search for personnel and all accompanying work

— participation and/or organization of corporate events

— supporting and rewarding the team spirit through reviews, surveys, feedback, etc.

— conducting personnel and market analytics in the direction of fintech

— management of HURMA

— performance of tasks set by the Executive Director
