In connection with the active development of the business, we are looking for the best HR manager in the team. Area of ​​responsibility: Attracting talents to the team (sourcing / screening / interviews and interviews, sending job offers); Selection and evaluation of potential candidates using various recruiting tools; Participation in the development of the process of adaptation and motivation of employees, as well as the development of the employer brand; Use of various hr-metrics, optimization and improvement of processes; Conducting employee surveys, working on improvements in the company; Participation in the development of the LnD system in the organization. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience recruiter, HR manager for at least 2 years; Possession of modern tools and platforms for recruiting (LinkedIn, Job Boards, SignalHire, etc.). Effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; Will be a big advantage: experience in implementing HR processes from scratch ( adaptation/motivation/development and training/evaluation and performance review system); Orientation to results, high self-organization and responsibility.
