What is needed to join us: experience in recruiting (preferably in a trading company); experience in closing various vacancies (line staff, office staff); know and effectively use various sources of candidate search; higher education (preferably psychology); confident computer skills: Word, Excel, 1C; show activity and initiative in work; be able to learn quickly and learn new processes; ability to work in multitasking mode; communication, analytical thinking, systematic, responsibility, punctuality, hard work.
