Duties: Attracting and hiring new employees: announcing vacancies, selecting candidates, conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates. Organization of the process of introducing new employees to the team, induction and familiarization with company rules. Development and implementation of company policy in the field of personnel management, including a system of compensation and incentive measures. Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, as well as internal rules and policies of the company. Conducting employee performance evaluation, development and implementation of a professional development program. Resolution of conflict situations , maintaining communication and maintaining a positive working atmosphere. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year (preferably in the HoReCa field). Knowledge of legislation in the field of labor and personnel management. High communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with employees. The ability to work in team and make decisions. Organizational and analytical skills.
