Pethouse is the largest online pet store in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, we have been helping people take care of their pets. We are currently looking for a HR manager with growth prospects. Your areas of responsibility will be: recruiting, adaptation, development of employees, corporate culture and HR brand. For this, you will need to do the following: search and recruitment strategies; proactively search for candidates; update the business adaptation process; organize training and staff evaluation; develop corporate culture, internal communications system and HR brand; organize and conduct internal events for employees; participate in the automation of HR business processes; deal with budgeting of the department within the limits of their areas of responsibility; provide reporting on the work performed. We would like to see the following knowledge and qualities in our future employee: work experience of 2 years or more in the direction of HR; understanding of HR business processes: recruiting, adaptation, employee development, corporate culture and HR brand. knowledge in the development of competency models and individual development plans; mastery of candidate evaluation methods; proactivity and result orientation; love for people and animals , the desire to learn and develop in the field of HR.
