HR Manager in Frankl Sense Management

For our client — an official dealer of agricultural machinery (Holosiivskyi district) — we are looking for a personnel manager with personnel and military accounting. MAIN DUTIES Military accounting and communications (reconciliation) with the TCC; Management of personnel accounting and personnel records for 170 people; Recruiting 5− 10 people per year; Preparation of vacation schedule; Training and development of employees; Organization of team building events; Control of relevance of job instructions, job cards. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES Higher education. Experience in a similar position from 3 years; Knowledge of personnel and military accounting; Structured, proactive, result-oriented and cross-functional way of working; Experience of working in 1C, knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Self-organization, discipline, proactive position, the ability to find a common language with different people.
