Now we are looking for a talented HR manager who will help develop the company even more dynamically and make the working day of every employee even better :) Your duties will include: monitoring the labor market; searching, conducting interviews and employment of young talents; formation of a personnel reserve; development and monitoring of compliance with corporate culture; improvement of the qualifications of company employees through internal and external trainings, courses, seminars; organization of corporate leisure. This requires: fluency in nightingale; higher education in the field of Psychology/Sociology/ Administration/management work experience in the HR field - from 1 year; certificates, diplomas, medals - welcome :); having your own car and willingness to go on business trips - welcome (fuel compensation is guaranteed); knowledge of labor legislation; and most importantly - adore people, admire them development and help them in this.
