The national chain of pharmacies of Ukraine "MED-SERVICE" invites a PERSONNEL MANAGER to work. The key task: the full cycle of searching and selecting qualified personnel in the pharmacy network of the trusted region (Dnipropetrovsk region, Zaporizhzhia). IMPORTANT for us: practical experience in recruiting from 1 of the year on mass selection; confident user of 1C 8.2 and MS Excel; practical experience in the pharmaceutical / medical field will be an advantage. DUTIES: search for potential candidates and conduct initial interviews; organization of interviews with pharmacy managers and further internship of candidates in the network; document verification and collecting recommendations for making a decision on hiring; organization and control of the adaptation process; maintaining a database of candidates and forming a personnel reserve; reports on the results of the work performed.
