DUTIES: search for potential candidates and conduct initial interviews; organization of interviews with pharmacy managers and further internship of candidates in the network; document verification and collecting recommendations for making a decision on hiring; organization and control of the adaptation process; maintaining a database of candidates and forming a personnel reserve; reports on the results of the work performed.
