We offer you: salary according to the motivation system 27,000 — 30,000 UAH (rate + variables); at the time of the 1st month of the trial period — 20,000 UAH; timely payment of wages; payment from the first working day; official employment; paid holidays and sick leave; work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 00 from Monday to Friday; Sat, Sun days off; corporate discount on company products — 30%; training compensation — 50% of the cost of training. What tasks will you perform: conducting 1:1 meetings, compiling photos of the working day and organizing an exit interview and analysis of the 360 ​​assessment, internal surveys, EVP and eNPS; conducting People analytics, monitoring employee efficiency and developing a plan for improving results; adjusting business processes and communication on identified failures during communication with employees; researching the labor market and determining the suitability of conditions and financial motivation of employees; systematization and updating the company's training materials; creation of individual development plans for employees; control of the correctness of filling in and relevance of employee statistics.
