Your profile: practical experience in the position of HR and Recruiter (from 1 year); experience in conducting 1-on-1 and performance appraisal; initiative, responsibility and positive thinking; attention to details and high quality standards Your responsibility will be: managing the project's HR processes: onboarding, training, evaluation, offboarding; holding 1-on-1 meetings with managers; developing motivational programs together with the team; working with the development of corporate culture and the employer's brand; HR reporting and analytics. As an ambassador of our projects, you will receive: work schedule Mon.-Fri. from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (hybrid work format); HR, which will really reflect your efforts and skills (we will discuss it at the interview); work in a progressive team of the HR department to implement even more bold ideas together; a comfortable office for work and meetings with the team; we value openness and support in team communication and at the TOP-management level, so work will be in a positive and motivating atmosphere; team building and loyalty program (discounts in network establishments, gift certificates for various master classes); the opportunity to participate in the active development and opening of the company's projects and to influence the implementation of new HR processes in the company.
