We will definitely have a match for you if you: Have experience of working as an HR manager or HR assistant for at least 6 months; Completed specialized courses and received a certificate; Understand the full recruiting cycle, know modern candidate search tools; Understand the construction of HR processes; Are oriented result-oriented, you have high self-organization and responsibility;: In the HR team, you will be responsible for the following processes: 1. Working with the internal tasks of the HR department (documentation, filling the HRM system); 2. Assistance to the HR director in individual stages of personnel selection, ordering gifts or organizing corporate parties for personnel; 3. Conducting HR studies, surveys (360, internal surveys, EVP and eNPS), analysis of results and improvement of processes based on them, creation of presentations; 4. Consultation of employees regarding HR policies, procedures and processes; 5. Organization of educational events; 6. Accompanying employees during the adaptation period; 7. Team motivation and formation of a positive image and brand of the company, improvement and maintenance of the corporate climate. 8. Labor market research and determination of compliance with conditions and financial motivation of employees, implementation of labor evaluation systems, determination of KPIs and metrics.
