YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL BE: search and selection of personnel of all levels; adaptation of personnel; writing work standards, work instructions; participation in personnel assessment; labor market monitoring; database maintenance. MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: has a specialized higher education (preferably personnel management, psychology); has experience in recruiting and HR; knows how to work not only with standard channels for personnel search; knows PC at the level of a confident user (Word, Excel); wants to develop in this field; takes a responsible approach to work, is able to work in multitasking mode, proactive.
