What you will do: create job profiles; develop and post advertisements; engage in proactive search for candidates; conduct telephone screenings, initial and final interviews' maintain a database of candidates; prepare personal files; analyze the labor market and wages; develop the company's corporate culture; work with HR analytics; organize corporate events; monitor and analyze the labor market, analyze the effectiveness of search channels; participate in the certification and development of employees for personnel reserve positions; carrying out adaptation measures; taking part in the company's HR projects.
