What will be included in your duties? active search for candidates using various methods of searching job sites, social networks, direct search not only in Kyiv, but also in in other regions, high-quality selection of candidates, conducting initial interviews and organizing interviews with department heads, negotiating with selected candidates regarding work with our company, communicating with management and employees regarding improving the company's work and solving any issues, participating in the adaptation of new employees and organizing comfortable dismissal, assessing job satisfaction employees and work on increasing this indicator, as well as the efficiency, effectiveness and comfort of the team's work.
