HR Manager in Molochniy ostriv, TM

We are currently looking for: HR Manager Responsibilities: Carrying out a full recruitment cycle, including developing job advertisements, sourcing candidates from various sources, selecting, interviewing and deciding on the best candidates; Planning and organizing the interview process; Maintaining a database of potential candidates and maintaining relationships with them; Interacting with HR and other company departments to ensure the process recruitment; Analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of recruiting processes.
