Requirements: Experience in HR (recruiting) from 1 year; Knowledge of search channels, candidate selection and evaluation methods; PC proficiency (MS Office, Excel); Ability to work in multitasking mode; Readiness for business trips; Activity and stress resistance. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of personnel adaptation system; Development and implementation of personnel evaluation system; Drawing up an employee development card; Monitoring of new employees' completion of the probationary period, reporting on the results obtained; Development and constant updating of functionally specialized trainings and monitoring of their compliance and completion by each employee; Formation of personnel reserve; Management and development of instructions and regulations of the company; Participation in the creation of corporate culture; Organization and holding of team building events.
