Programs for children and adolescents will include innovative methods, multidisciplinary team work and approaches to improve their psychological and physical health. Looking for a responsible HR manager for project work. Responsibilities: creation of a technical task together with the vacancy customer; creation of a job description ; work with traffic to increase feedback on 1 vacancy using various communication channels; independent assessment and the first stages of interviews; organization of the next stages of candidate selection; feedback and full communication with candidates; creation and signing of an offer and registration of an employee; creation adaptation plan together with the manager/mentor; participation in the protection and evaluation of the probationary period; conducting one-to-one and meetings with the manager; attracting new talents to the head office. Requirements: work experience in the field of recruitment and adaptation - from 2 years; higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related specialties will be your advantage; knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and evaluation; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; high level of responsibility, attention and ethics; ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach; confident written and oral communication skills; an experienced PC user.
