We are looking for an energetic, communicative and responsible HR manager of Cybernetics - a chain of modern technology stores selling mobile and digital equipment throughout Ukraine. What challenges await you: Attracting new talents to the head office: creating vacancies; working with traffic to increase feedback on 1 vacancy using various communication channels; independent assessment and the first stages of interviews; organization of the next stages of candidate selection; creation of a technical task together with the customer of the vacancy; provision of feedback and full communication with candidates; creation of an offer together with the customer .2. Registration and onboarding: creating an adaptation plan together with the manager/mentor; signing the offer and signing the employee; conducting one-to-one and meetings with the manager; participating in the defense and evaluation of the probationary period. 3. Participation in the selection of retail line personnel and control of their adaptation4. Creation and implementation of projects aimed at non-material motivation of the office staff. 5. Analysis and control of HR metrics. 6. Participation in other projects of the HR department.
