Together with key managers, increasing the level of staff involvement, forming positive relationships in the team and the development of corporate culture. Together with line management, development and implementation of projects and tasks related to increasing the efficiency of structures, processes and systems in the company. Requirements for candidates: system knowledge in the field of personnel management, familiarity with modern methods and systems of personnel management. Understanding of systemic interrelationships and long-term consequences of the implementation of various HR tools. Practical skills of analysis and optimization of HR processes. High communication skills, the ability to listen, identify the non-obvious, argue, and form general approaches to solving challenges.
