Requirements for candidates: system knowledge in the field of personnel management, familiarity with modern methods and systems of personnel management. Understanding of systemic interrelationships and long-term consequences of the implementation of various HR tools. Practical skills of analysis and optimization of HR processes. High communication skills, the ability to listen, identify the non-obvious, argue, and form general approaches to solving challenges.
