Tasks: Recruitment of personnel (administrative personnel of the middle level, as well as personnel for production specialties); Conducting preliminary interviews, organization all stages of interviews with managers; Adaptation of new employees in the company; Development of all HR processes in the company; Support of the life cycle of employees (Onboarding, 1to1, Exit Interview); Organization of training: development and implementation of a training program for employees, creation of opportunities for their professional development; Support and development of corporate culture and employer brand; Work with various personnel search channels (job-resources, social networks, Telegram/Viber messengers); Formation and development of the candidate base, labor market monitoring; Reporting; Candidate requirements: Higher education; Preferably work experience from the 1st year in a similar position; High level of communication; Skills of effective closing of vacancies; Skills of communication and interaction with people. Personal qualities: Responsibility, high level of empathy, tact; Activity, attention to details; Ability to identify your candidate, organization , stress resistance.
