It is cool if you have: experience in the field of recruitment, adaptation of personnel; you know how to independently organize your work, set up priorities, monitor the performance of tasks. What will you do? searching for candidates using various sources and tools; a full cycle of personnel selection (candidate portrait, posting vacancies, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, providing feedback, discussing potential offers); carry out onboarding and offboarding of employees; accompanying the adaptation period and its completion; development and support of corporate culture.
