HR manager in Smart Solutions

About the company: Smart Solutions is an international HR provider, we work in the markets of Europe and Central Asia, our head office is in Kyiv. And projects have no boundaries. Our clients are large international companies from the USA, Canada, France, the Czech Republic, Germany and many other countries. We are more than 300 people and we can confidently say that we are the largest HR provider in Ukraine. About the team: The HR team currently consists of 8 people: HRD, HR analyst, 5 HR managers and a recruiter. To whom the new person will report - HRD. About the role: We are looking for a person who will strengthen our team and take care of the Ukrainian offices. Will help employees develop their skills, search for new talents for our team and be a "partner" for people in the company. Duties: Support and integration of new employees into the company; Support the process of adaptation of new employees; Conduct one-to-one and exit interviews ;Assistance in the implementation and prescription of HR policies and procedures;Management of projects related to HR and corporate culture;Search for candidates for vacancies that are open in the company;Support and participation in corporate events, trainings and other HR initiatives.Requirements:Work experience in a similar position from the 1st year; Mastery of recruitment methods and tools; High level of organizational and communication skills; Experience in the implementation of organizational projects and events; Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.
