Our company is currently looking for a full-time HR person who will help us improve HR processes in the company. The company has 3 areas of business — group, retail and online store. The recruiter reports to me. What we want to see as a result of our cooperation: Recruitment for vacancies in companies; Adaptation of personnel; Formation, planning of personnel reserve; Analysis of the labor market, monitoring of salaries; Construction of new and support of existing business processes; ; Organization of motivational events; Maintaining the company's corporate values; Building a system for evaluating the professional and personal competencies of staff; Holding 1:1 with employees, team building and corporate events. From the candidate we expect: Successful management experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Possession of good communication and management skills; The ability to make decisions in conditions of change. Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory legal acts is welcome.
