Hello. My name is Tetyana, I am the head of the personnel selection and adaptation department at the Viyar company. Now our department has 9 incredibly cool, professional, fun super-HRs who love people, know how and where to find great specialists, form effective teams and care about everyone in the company. This year, our company plans strong development again, so we will strengthen our departments with additional specialists. And for this, we want to invite one more colleague to our team - a personnel manager. Our expectations: it will be great if you have experience in the search for personnel for at least 6 months; skills in working with large amounts of information; flexibility and speed of decision-making; emotional maturity, professional approach; tolerance, people-centeredness and teamwork; skills in working with 1c or CRM systems for HR will be an advantage. Main tasks: a full cycle of selection of line personnel with the prospect of professional growth; responsibility for the search, development, support of the company's branch team; interaction with department heads; partial involvement in management personnel accounting; participation in HR projects, social initiatives and the active life of the company.
