Job Description The "Hope and Housing for Children" charity organization invites you to the position of hr/personnel manager. Duties of the HR manager: the full cycle of personnel selection: development and placement of vacancies on various search sites, evaluation and analysis of received applications from candidates, conducting interviews, assessing the skills of candidates; preparing and conducting personnel onboarding; facilitating the process of adaptation of new employees; collecting and analyzing the training needs of employees; organizing psychosocial support for employees; developing internal policies and regulations, monitoring their compliance; forming a personnel base; creating, managing and archiving personal files of employees; tracking and evaluating the success of employees' work; supporting the organization in achieving its goals through the development and implementation of HR strategy; organization of trainings and seminars on professional development, holding corporate events; preparation of necessary reports. Mandatory requirements: relevant work experience ; practical skills in all areas of work with personnel (search, selection, assessment, adaptation, training, motivation, corporate culture); competent command of the Ukrainian language; excellent communication skills; strategic thinking; higher education in the specialty "Psychology", "Sociology" or "Personnel management" will be an advantage.
