Your main task will be to find employees, namely cable technicians for our company. Responsibilities: Searching for services, writing and posting vacancies, Interviewing candidates, Constantly providing the company with new candidates, Searching for experienced candidates, Onboarding and support of new employees, Cooperation with others by company departments to alert the quality of candidates. Requirements: Work experience of 2 years or more, High level of knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), Ability to find new services and collect candidates everywhere so that no one but us gets them :), Ability to analyze and organize, High the level of ability to communicate with people, negotiate and retain employees.
