In addition to high-quality food and alcohol, seven stores have food courts; prepare sushi and pizza; the direction of ready meals is developing. The Holding has its own bakery, cheese factory, brewery, and farm. Today, there are 35 stores in the network (17 of them are in Kyiv). The staff is about 700 people. The main tasks: to recruit staff and form a gastromarket team (sommelier, deli, cashier, cook , bartender-waiter, sushi maker). This is an approximate list, new positions may appear. Adaptation, training of store personnel. Helping the director to build effective team work, support corporate culture. Participation in the implementation of all activities of the HR department. Basic requirements, expectations for the candidate: Higher education. Obov' linguistic experience of work in the HR sphere, as well as possession of modern search and recruitment tools. We would like to work with a responsible, decent, effective person who flexibly finds ways to solve problems, understands the specifics of work in the HR sphere and strives for development in it. We offer: Transparent motivation system: salary 30,000 UAH. + bonuses (income level 30,000 — 40,000 hryvnias). Official employment, social guarantees in accordance with current legislation. Work schedule: 9:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m.; Sat., Sun. — weekends. Work format: hybrid (directly in the store, partially in the office, remotely).
