Ensure order in the office, make the necessary purchases and pay utilities. Organize training for our employees and customers. After career growth to the position of personnel manager, the following functions are added: Implement caring service for customers in the company. Control and help employees to organize and complete tasks on time (6-7 people). Maintain a good microclimate in the team, worry about the team and their needs. Roughly, you should leave in the amount of 30,000 — 40,000 hryvnias. But with excellent work results, the salary can be even higher.
