We do this with the help of 3D scanners, 3D printers and virtual modeling. We are currently looking for an administrator for our team with gradual, career growth to the head of personnel. And the MAIN skill and skill that our person should possess is the ability to build friendly relationships in the team, unite, motivate, increasing the team's work results. This is love for people and a sincere desire to help them become stronger and more efficient at work. The position we are starting with is HR manager: Assist in hiring employees. Ensure order in the office, make the necessary purchases and pay utilities. Organize training for our employees and customers. After career growth to the position of personnel manager, the following functions are added: Implement caring service for customers in the company. Control and help employees to organize and complete tasks on time (6-7 people). Maintain a good microclimate in the team, worry about the team and their needs. Roughly, you should leave in the amount of 30,000 — 40,000 hryvnias. But with excellent work results, the salary can be even higher.
