Obov' Responsibilities: search and selection of personnel of various levels (from line to TOP): compilation of job profiles, placement of advertisements, conducting interviews, active search for candidates; organization of processes of passing probationary periods and adaptation of new employees; development of job instructions and internal regulations; development of payment systems work, personnel motivation, labor market monitoring; participation in organizational and process improvement programs; formation and maintenance of a positive, productive atmosphere in the team.
