SmartHub’s all-encompassing customer support includes such service components as system setup and tech support, on-request assistance, regular account management, and a special client-adaptation program (intro and optimization calls) — all this facilitates quick onboarding and rapid market entry.
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and driving the growth of our team alongside the company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals;
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any concerns, grievances, or issues;
- Support business growth by focusing on the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of our team members;
- Participate in the creation and oversight of HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization;
- Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction;
- Assess and address training needs, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs;
- Provide management with HR metrics and data to support decision-making;
- Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of human resource management;
- Generate and implement ideas for corporate events and activities to strengthen company culture;
- Create memorable moments for employee birthdays and work anniversaries;
- Lead team meetings and discussions;
- Administer surveys to gather employee feedback and improve workplace practices;
- Assist with organizing company trips abroad, including hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
What We Expect From You:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role;
- A people-oriented approach with a focus on achieving results;
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis;
- Knowledge of HR systems and best practices;
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively at all levels within the company.
