We invite a developing company to join our friendly team of personnel managers. Responsibilities: Active participation in closing vacancies for line workers, warehouse workers (loaders, pickers, checkers, etc.); Evaluation of resumes and conducting interviews with candidates; Building communication with candidates, support communication with potential candidates; work with job sites, social networks and other sources; Reporting on the personnel search process. Drafting and signing job offers, hiring support; Support during onboarding and until the end of the trial period of a new employee; Develop, improve, publish vacancies on Job sites and other communication channels.
