We are looking to join our HR team full-time. ENGLISH is a MUST to communicate with a foreign manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all core areas of the HR department, including: Search, Recruitment and Onboarding; Training and Development; Service Quality Control clients and compliance with corporate standards; Calculation of wages and bonuses; Relations with employees; HR management, internal recruitment, involvement of employees in additional tasks during working hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all core areas of the HR department, including: Search, Recruitment and Onboarding; Training and Development; Service Quality Control clients and compliance with corporate standards; Calculation of wages and bonuses; Relations with employees; HR management, internal recruitment, involvement of employees in additional tasks during working hours; Maintenance and improvement of personnel management systems. Duties and responsibilities: Control and responsibility for recruitment , selection and adaptation by attracting, interviewing and hiring the most qualified candidates for open positions in the company. Designing and implementing training and development programs for employees to help them improve their skills and qualifications, grow in their careers; Managing employee performance, in including setting goals, providing feedback and implementing performance appraisals; Maintaining positive relations between employees and management, addressing any concerns or complaints, and ensuring that employees adhere to company policies and approved procedures and rules; Administering reward programs employee benefits and other employee benefits;Ensuring company compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws;Management of personnel records, including employee information, contracts and performance evaluations;Development and implementation HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives;Manage the HR department budget, including resource allocation and cost control;Manage a team by providing leadership, training and mentoring to help effectively carry out their duties.Requirements:Higher education/Higher education in HR, business administration or related fields; Experience in a position with similar responsibilities; Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Deep understanding of Ukrainian HR laws; Strong problem-solving skills and resolution of conflicts with personnel Availability of a car or a driver's license will be a priority
