HR Manager in Pro Pharma

The pharmaceutical company "Pro-Pharma" is looking for a candidate for the vacant position of Human Resources Manager. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education (psychology or personnel management will be an advantage); 1 year of experience in recruiting; Ability to work in multitasking mode; Ability to learn quickly and independence at work; the ability to take responsibility and argue one's point of view; the ability to find an approach to people and change the style of communication depending on the characteristics of the interlocutor; correct and competent speech; knowing what competencies are and how they are evaluated. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Responsibilities: Search and selection of personnel (Kyiv + regions of Ukraine) Withdrawal of applications from internal clients; Search for field employees (medical representatives, regional managers), as well as marketing, IT, commercial and administrative personnel; Use of various search channels personnel; Selection of candidates - assessment of competencies, situational interview, case and test tasks; Formation of external personnel reserve; Organization of interviews with internal customers; Preparation of reports in 1C UPP; Preparation of job offers for final candidates; Analysis of salary levels; Adaptation of personnel ;Monitoring the completion of the probationary period;Organizing and conducting trainings for new employees, organizing online training for new employees;Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees;Internal communications - newsletters, social networks, the company website, and others;Helping employees in resolving difficult or conflicting issues situations; Participation in other projects of the HR team.
