Responsibilities: to carry out the selection of candidates for the announced vacancies (organization and conduct of interviews, collection of recommendations, etc.); to participate in the adaptation of personnel; to participate in the organization of corporate of the Company's activities; to determine channels for searching for candidates (personnel reserve, placement of advertisements on job sites, placement of applications in agencies, direct search, etc.); processing of personnel documentation and support of personnel in matters of labor relations; participation in other HR projects.
