The opportunity to implement your ideas — because we trust the expert opinion of the team. A comfortable office in the city of Rivne, Mlynivska, 20. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. What we expect: Experience as a personnel manager from the 1st year. Knowledge of the labor market and the logic of closing vacancies. The ability to distribute a specific job description and conduct a structured interview. Possession of skills in developing case tasks for candidates, job offers, adaptation and certification programs. Knowledge and application of material and non-material motivation. Business trips are possible (at the expense of the company) — once a month to other branches of the company for maintaining and solving issues with the team. Responsibilities: Recruiting — selection and hiring of personnel. Adaptation and control of the trial period. Description of business processes (job offer, job descriptions, procedural instructions). Development of material and non-material motivation systems. Organization of corporate events.
