Areas of responsibility: TIMELY CLOSING OF VACANCIES (under the recruiter): hiring planning, budgeting (annual, monthly ) monitoring of the labor market, job description and publication of vacancies on search sites, social networks, etc. selection of candidates, analysis of resumes, conducting interviews (online or offline), coordinating meetings with heads of structural divisions, providing candidates with job offers. ADAPTATION: drawing up plans for the adaptation of new employees, support and psychological support during this period. supervision of internships, receiving feedback from process participants, psychological support. CORPORATE CULTURE: formation of values ​​and interest of employees in achieving common goals. congratulating employees on holidays: birthday, etc. organization of corporate events: corporate events, trips to nature, etc. Requirements: experience in creating and controlling HRM business processes. Structuredness and systematicity in work: audit, timely reporting, conclusions. Experience in developing a personnel motivation system. High communication skills.
