You are our person if you have: work experience of 2 years or more; solid experience in the field of recruiting and selection staff; experience of conducting interviews in person and via Skype; high communication skills and the ability to find an approach to creative people; able to conduct business correspondence in Ukrainian, English. experience of conducting seminars and lectures; skills of mediating conflict situations; able to raise corporate spirit. Key tasks: Participation in the construction and implementation of business processes in accordance with the personnel management system; Construction and support of corporate culture; Participation in the development and implementation of the business unit strategy; Work with HR analytics; Conducting the full cycle of specialist selection (from the withdrawal of the application to the completion of the initial adaptation); 1:1 meetings; Search for candidates by any available method: job search sites, social networks (15% of employment); Participation in the organization of corporate events; Conducting exit interviews, support for the dismissal process.
