What will be included in the duties: Organization of the onboarding process of newcomers, help and support during the adaptation period. Support of the current LMS (preparation of courses and tests, videos, download in the system, updates if necessary). Organization of staff training. Communicate with staff: information sessions, presentations. Conduct 1:1 meetings and coaching for line managers. Exit-interviews, preparation of relevant analytics. Organization and conduct of personnel surveys (NPS, Gallup, 360). Develop and implement motivational programs for employees compatible with the business.
