One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.

The Human Resources department is currently expanding, so we are looking for an HR Manager for the production team.

Required skills and experience:

• 2+ years of HR experience (production experience would be an advantage);
• Real experience of organizing and implementing internal HR/Admin processes in the company;
• Basic knowledge of the basics of personnel administration;
• Willingness to implement and manage change.

Future duties:

• Creation, improvement and optimization of HR processes;
• Work with personnel department specialists;
• Organization of on-boarding and off-boarding;
• Participation in team performance evaluation;
• Team development and various activities, development of corporate culture;
• Participation in various HR projects.

Working conditions:
