The main duties in this position: receiving and processing applications for recruitment from customers; search, selection and adaptation of personnel; assessment, training and development of personnel; analysis of the labor market, monitoring; management of personnel records. Wishes for the experience and professional skills of candidates: higher education; experience of working in similar positions from 1 year; experience of effective recruitment of personnel of various levels; knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine; experience of managing personnel records; ability to work in multitasking mode, responsibility, attention, communication. Work schedule: 5/2 Mon.- Friday 09:00 - 18:00. Work in the office. Location: left bank, Golden Keys district, ATB warehouses.
