Requirements :
— 0.6-2.5 years of commercial experience in a similar HR role;
— Proven experience in developing or supporting HR processes;
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— Strong organizational and time management abilities;
— Effective problem-solving skills to address employee concerns;
— Strong analytical skills for assessing and improving HR processes;
— Upper intermediate English.
Main responsibilities :
— Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding;
— Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
— Work closely with Department Leads and Project Managers to identify current employee needs and address any issues;
— Manage employee benefits and compensation packages;
— Participate in developing and implementing HR strategy and budgeting;
— Organize and coordinate company events and activities.
