Responsibilities: participation in all projects of the personnel department: recruiting - search, initial selection of resumes, organization of interviews with the head of the department (production, sales, office personnel) adaptation of personnel - workplace provision, control in accordance with the procedure, personnel evaluation — collection of primary information, personnel training — assistance in organization, preparation of training materials, control of performance indicators Expectations: Work experience — from 1 year in any of the listed areas of work with personnel Good communicator, friendliness High personal organizational skills.
