HR Manager in LITSLINK

LITSLINK is a dynamic and innovative company in the IT sector, dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. We are looking for an HR Manager to join our Hiring team.

Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience working as HR in the IT field (outsourcing model would be a plus);
— Solid knowledge of the IT market IS A MUST;
— Excellent soft skills and ability to find a common language with people, ability to establish effective relationships, problem-solving skills;
— Proactive attitude and result orientation, аbility for multitasking;
— Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
— Experience in using various IT HR tools;
— Experience in conducting statistics and transcript of the results;
— Friendly personality, responsibility, proactivity, and organization;
— Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities:
— Providing a part of the HR activities daily (preboarding, onboarding, exit process, supporting newcomers during the whole adaptation period, etc.);
— Organizing and facilitating the Performance reviews, developing new points to improve the process;
— Controlling employees’ days off, vacations, and sick leaves;
— Personal involvement in dismissal, exit interviews, and dismissal relations;
— Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
— Participation in the development, monitoring improvements, and updates to HR processes, HR policies, and documentation development;
— Participation in the development and implementation of Company Policies;
