Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire the recruiting and HR team to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work culture.

HR Branding:

Develop and promote the company’s HR brand both internally and externally to attract top talent and enhance employee satisfaction.

Policy Development:

Develop, refine, and implement various HR policies and processes, such as recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, and benefits.

Employee Engagement:

Develop strategies and initiatives to increase employee loyalty and satisfaction, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

HRIS Administration:

Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including data management, system updates, and user support, to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.

Conflict Resolution:

Work closely with teams to identify and address issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, promoting a harmonious work environment and preventing future conflicts.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and proactively addressing any compliance issues.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.

Community Engagement:

Actively participate in and support events aimed at professional growth and community building within the company.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional who embodies our company values and culture. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record in recruitment, talent management, and policy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels, including proficiency in English.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices.
  • A passion for fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee well-being and development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
